i have a house sold , but it came out that their was a morage on it but it was paid off in 2002 cant seem to get it cleared { morgage comp has changed hands like 3 times } they are like going back an forth ,need help bad . Buyer is ready to back out , oh yea i have the satisfaction of morage note but its not the orginal, im in south Carolina
