while searching for homes a few of them had partnership-interval listed under kind. what exactly does this mean??

Partnership interval is essentially a time-share where you are part owner of a property and are alloted a certain number of weeks or "units" within a given year.

These weeks are on a rotation that changes from year to year.

This relationship is usuall based on 13 owners, but is commonly seen with 8 or only 4.
