| what would the benefit be of obtaining an interest only loan when purchasing real estate as an investment property? |

Interest Only loans are a great product for investors looking for a positivie cash-flow and a higher Loan to value ratio
I have many landlords who choose interest only
These loans are especially good for high appreciation areas
As well If you know that you could make a better return on the money (that you would normally be putting towards principle) than the interest rate on the loan, it doesnt make sense not to go interest only.
