New Charleston Real Estate Agent Directory Search:

We have devoted the years to providing a better property search, it never came to me until last week that people need to be able to find real estate agents in an efficient manner as well.

We constantly get phone calls from buyers or sellers looking for other agents, and of course we take the time to look them up for them through the MLS database.

As a true believer in delivering as much information "not just the kind that pays my bills" to as many as possible, I thought it would be useful for the site to have an agents search.

Currently we have about 2,700 of the real estate agents here in charleston, dorchester, and berkeley county indexed. Unfortunately, I can only show agents who actively have a property that is participating in the broker reciprocity program at any given time. With that said, this constitutes the agents that are "doing business".

Neighborhood listings search

3 different formats to chose from

Standard listings search (by neighborhood) http://www.charlestonrealestateguide.com/neighborhood-listings.php basicaly this is the listings search adapted to use the nieghborhoods database instead. This will provide the most comprehensive way to find property if you already have an idea of what and where you are looking. Not all properties are able to geo-locate, so this makes sure you aren't missing out.

Map: advanced neighborhood map search (more search options) http://www.charlestonrealestateguide.com/neighborhoods_map.php this is the standard listings search with mapped results using the new neighborhoods database. best used for narrowing the search down as much as possible while maintaining map functionality. lets you specify schools etc.

Map: full screen neighborhood map search http://www.charlestonrealestateguide.com/neighborhoods.php best suited for someone just getting started (concerned with location) but also suited for the informed local searcher who knows exactly where they want to be. You are able to minimize all search items to get a real full-screen / birds eye view as if you were flying over charleston in a blimp. A lot of fun while zoomed in close using the satelite map overlay. Also great for water lovers and boaters who know their way around the inland waterways.

The map searches allow you to move in and out of neighborhood and individual homes mode.

By clicking "map homes" from the neighborhoods popup, the search switches the visible map listings from neighborhoods to homes within the selected neighborhood. While in this mode you will only be able to see listings in that neighborhood. If you want to view the listing details for all of the homes in that neighborhood, you can click the "OPEN LISTINGS" button above the neighborhood summary box in the top left corner of the map. This will open a new window with the standard listings search results page set to show this neighborhood's listings.

You have to click the "BACK TO SEARCH" button in order to return to neighborhood listings mode. This button should be blinking and will be found above the neighborhood summary box at the top left of the corner of the map.

Participants mil become knowledgeable about our aquatic environment &its hazards while learning & participating in me physicab'demandsot the job of a lifeguard This program offers kids already comfortablewith their swimming skills a chance to develop further in the ared of water safety while increasing their knowledge ocean environment. They'll be actively involved with PRC beach G waterpark iifeguards, of aquakicof the learni@.the basics rescue & first aid, & "shadow" the lifeguard staff. Minimum enrollment required 2 weeks prior to 1stday of camp. Very Nice,

Google always has a way of delivering what I want before I want it. The blogging system is very site owner friendly...Google uploads the new posts into my site for me....CONVENIENT!

This section of the site will be a place for me to post and ramble about more specific aspects of the Charleston South Carolina real estate market and business. Whereas the dinosaur of a blog by cafepress at http://www.charlestonrealestateguide.com/charleston-real-estate-blog will handle the daily updates, and http://www.charlestonrealestateguide.com/alicias-blog will remain the area where our coleague Rachael Bunnell, as preceded by Alicia, will continue to post about the ins and outs of life in Charleston.
