The Total Rehabilitation Of The Home Consisted Of 5 Phases (1)restoration Of The Main House (2)addition To The Main House Using The 1917 Space To Tie The 2 Structures (3)construction Of The Carriage House (4)utility Infrastructure *underground Power, Gas, Water, Waste Water, Storm Drainage System* (5)landscape And Hardscape Design With Full Outdoor Kitchen, Gas Grill, Cascading Waterfalls, Wine Reserve, Fireplace, Pavilion Canopy, Koi Pond, Formal English Gardens And Privacy Wall Surrounding Entire Perimeter Of The Property.
